The key to Finishing stronger at the rim involves 3 key pieces:
1) lower body balance and strength
2) Upper body strength and coordination
3) Functional patterns/strength similar to how you'll finish in games.
In this basketball finishing drill I show you one of my favorite exercises to help you improve your strength around the rim. Great guards like John Wall, Kyrie Irving, and Isaiah Thomas all have trained their bodies to improve their strength and coordination finish stronger at the rim.

    I seriously find this vertical jump program amazing! My standing vertical was 19 inches and just on the second day it raised to Twenty three inches!
